Matilda looked back at alean. "You dont have to come if it hurts you so much..." she said in desperationa, she walked back to her and held out her hand for alean to grab to help her get up.

Alena would take her hand standing up feeling weak. "i need to go back.. I can not walk here..." She would turn around looking at matilda with a pang of regret for not being able to stand at her side. She would take a few steps back till she had enough energy to stand on her own. And raged look in her eyes as her hate for the Lin grew stronger,

[PAIN]

She looked up at her in fustration "What would happen if you were able to deafet them?Would the forest go back to life?" she questioned not knowing much about how the forest worked.Because how she thought,dead is dead unless brung back by a powerfull force.

She nods as she countiunes to walk back twords the more greener part of the forest. Enegy flood back threw her small body makeing her grin in pleasure. She would feel her conection with nature returning."If we could defeat the Lin the Nowel would be able to spread again.. and humans could return..." She sighs knowing that such a wish would not come true. She would take her bow and arrow out ajusting the tension on the bow aking the poundege on the bow higher. She would then sit down sharping the wooden tip.

"I see..." matilda ponderd not really listening but halfway makeing it a summery in her mind that if all of them die her clan can return.matilda walked over to her and sat down next to her.Axamineing the arrow shed look up at her. "Can i see it?"

She would had the arrow over. "Be careful.. the toxic will kill you instently.." She would atempt to say instently. The word sounded more like in-ten-ly. She would sigh hateing her elfish dialect. She plucks the string making a small poping noise as she would yawn lightly.

[PAIN]

Matilda took the arrow from her and she would turn behinde her calling out to nowon in particular but to her partner. "Asmithes,harden my blood will you?" she knew she looked strange but she turned back around and rolled down her glove makeing her arm visable as she raised the arrow above it and swiftly plant the arrow down and the sharp end would bend aginst her skin makeing it bend backwards. "See i cant get hurt" she smiled at Alean as she would prick the arrow back up from her skin blood would drip from it,black blood,black as night it would drip from the arrow and feel down her arm as she handed her back the arrow with the bent tip. "See my blood is black,and Asmithes can make my blood hard or liquide." the blood on her arm would stop dripping and would retract make to the cut that she made and repairing the cut.

[Romengale]

Romengale stood at the edge of the dark cave with his foot rested up on a rock, and his arm across his knee. He peered up at the night sky and took in a deep draft of the cold night air and aroma of the barren forest surrounding him. He closed his eyes to hold in the feeling for but a moment, the dead calm brings a sense of peace to him. Now managing to release this solitude, the Lin captain turned his head to the approaching Lin scout he had heard approaching. The scout did not say a word before first taking a knee and bowing to the captain. Romengale nodded to the scout, who went by Arium.
Arium stood up and then dropped an arrow at the captains feet, the arrow the Nowle girl had shot at him earlier. Romengale bent over and carefully scooped it off the ground and looked it over, noting the craftsmen ship was of Nowle work.
“What’s this?” The captain questioned.
“It’s the arrow of a Nowle girl who decided to impede me on my scouting duties.” Arium reported quickly with an assertive tone, as to show respect to the captain.
“How about that…” –Romengale’s words brought about a sense of curiosity. He took his foot down from the rock he was resting on, and allowed a small grin to come over the corners of his mouth. The ends of his silvery grayish hair, which draped down to his waist, would flutter in the faint night breeze. “ A Nowle actually taking action.” Romengale flexed his hand slightly as the arrow snapped and the two pieces fell onto the dead leaves that littered the ground. “It’s about time, they sure are lazy letting us get this far.” –Romengale’s expression became merry for a moment as a splinded smile formed over his face. “ Go now Arium, you have had a long night and done well. Have some food and drink with the others.” He motioned for Arium to go in the cave.
Arium gave him one last nod as he scurried off into the cave, the young boy happy that his days work was through. Romengale’s smile turned once more, this time to a soft and almost unnoticeable one. Romengale was quite found of Arium, as he had been raising the boy ever since his parents were killed in a skirmish with the Nowle. He did not consider the boy a son however. The only son he ever had, and will ever have had fallen in the last great battle defending the Lin’s main hold out. Romengale tried his best not to remember watching the arrow being fired, as he tried to warn his son. The roar of the battle was too much, and his son unable to hear the warning over it was stuck in the back of the head with the arrow.
“I suppose it’s time to get to work then.” Romengale took the half of the arrow with the arrow head, and drug the tip over his tongue. He flicked the arrow with a strong and precise throw. Even though it lacked feathers, it flew strait as it zipped through the dead tree missing every branch. There would be a silent “thump” beside a tree a few yards away from spirit tree. A foot radius around where the arrow hit would turn black around the tree as it began to kill it. It was very slowly begin to spread down the tree to the roots. This process however would take a very long time as it was not just draining its life force, but completely destroying it. The blackness would work its way down to the roots, which were intertwined with the spirit trees, and then pass on to the spirit tree and begin the slow process of destroying it. If someone were to remove the arrow, it would turn to ash after a few seconds. The process that was happening to the tree could not be stopped by conventional means; it required a more specific cure. If not cured, the spirit tree would be dead within a few weeks.
Romengale now turned back to the cave and called out. “ Yuty, Tere, and Reming, get yourselfs ready. It’s time to get to work.”
The three Lin elf warriors would turn from the table conversation and give a “Yes captain.” all in unison as they sprung from the table and headed out different branches of the cavern to equip themselves. Romengale then returned to his original position of peering up to full moon. The stares glimmered in his pale, silver eyes. “This is going to be interesting…”

[PAIN]

Matilda turned around hearing a "thump" from far away andthe special glass through her mask showed a sign of distress and redenning area from far away.As she keep looking at the direction of the distress she whispers over at Alean. "Did you hear that?.." She whisperd over to her going into a serious mode.

Alena would watch extreamly impressed at the humans skin. Hering the same thumps she would draw her bow back. An arrow ready to be shoot at any threat. Her elfish ears twitch lightly listening for the smallest noise. She would call out to the forest, as a small twang of pain went threw her body. "Come..." She would mumble walking further into the Nowle territory. "we are not safe..." Her voice beoming dead serious.

[PAIN]

She looked up at her in watch sighing "Its more like your not safe..." she would say in protection.Now knowing that if she went into the dead tress area she would go down like a brick and was only safe when she was with the liveing trees.Matilda dident really care if they came for her though snice she could defend herself well and Alean.But she didnet want her to worry so she got up brushing the leaves off her skirt and starting to walk with her slowly teaseing the lin clan to try and get ahold of her.

Alean would sigh as she would walk to a near by tree. She would lean back smileing. "I have a way around my problem but i will not use it until nessicary..." She watches Matilda walking back slowly. 'is this human sane...' She would think to herself. Her bow still drawn incase of any attack. Her brown eyes shimmer lightly watching the darkened side of the forest. her instincts kicking in telling her something was to happen, but what, she did not know.

[PAIN]

Matilda giggled at Alean "Ya i still have all my marbles" reffering to her thought about being insane.She could see the distress through the glass and could tell that Alean thought that.She seemed to get it allot snice befor people dident understand her very well,or her condition that is.Shed stop turning back around looking for any distress behinde her. "I get they want the element of surprise but this is just getting old.." shed say to herself known Alean would hear but she wanted her to hear."Do you know hat weapons they use?" shed call out to Alean makeing sure there was nowon comeing in there direction.

"no i do not.." She awnsers. She pops her neck lightly. She grins at matilda's joke as she would tap into the forests life source. Were the Lin had scard the land new grass would rise creating a small sea of green. Small flowers would pop up here and their in the grass as baby trees poke from the ground. Vines travel up the dead tree creating a conaopy. Alean would grin feeling the forests energy wrap around her body lightly giving her strangth and power. Her brown eyes now glowing a light green.

[Yatalu]

Two young adults - probably around twenty - were walking hand in hand through the forest: one female, the other male. However, their way of moving wasn't that of two lovers.

The female had long black hair in a ponytail and dark, blue eyes. She was wearing dark brown boots and a long black trench coat. She had a very white skin, and black lines covered her right arm, the free arm that was resting against the sword attached to the belt at her left hip. She was a beautiful but mysterious creature, and moving very carefully through the forest. Her small silver-looking earrings were fake, probably only polished iron, and her clothing already seemed a bit worn-out. She was taking a rather big bag with her, that implied a rather long journey.

The male had as white hair as the girl's skin, and his skin matched his hair as well. The color of his eyes could not be seen, as he was wearing a blindfold. He had a black trench coat similar to the female's, and was wearing navy boots. A black mark was on the left side of his face, too clean for being a scar but it obviously wasn't a tattoo either. The mark started right above his eye and disappeared under the blindfold to continue all the way to his mouth and skin direction. It covered part of his neck as well. He was carrying no sword, axe or other weapon, apart from the iron shield that he was carrying on his back.

The male's left hand gestured in front of them. "It's there ... somewhere... Wait..."
The female turned her head to him. "Where? Are we close yet? WHAT ARE YOU SEEING?"
The male's hand made a no-gesture. "Wait ... wait ... I don't ... there's ... two? Two kinds of magic?"
"What do you mean? I don't get it. Tha ... we're not lost, are we?"
"I .... I don't know."
The female sighed. They had been walking for hours, and he didn't know. He never knew. Then, she turned to the trees again. "Wait," she whispered. "I think I saw movement..." Her hand moved over to her sword, ready to grab it.

[Romengale]

-Yuty, Tere, and Reming each equip themselves with various types of knifes and arrows before heading out the cave to meet their opponent. They made their way through the dark and dead trees for a few hours before making it to the first road. Upon making it there, Yuty would notice two figures a ways down the road talking. He would motion for Tere and Reming to cut off and go down either side of the woods, and he would continue on down the road. Yuty would travel amongst the top of the tree’s until he arrived near the two people. Once they were close, he would drop down from the tree in front of them. If they were to try and turn and run, Tere and Reming would come out from the tree’s behind them.-

“And what bring you to this part of the woods?” –Yuty asked, with his hand rested on the handle of his dagger.-

[Yatalu]

The two would immediately let go of each other's hand, the female unsheathing the sword and ready to swing it, the male taking his shield from his back and holding it ready to defend both himself and the female with it.

After several seconds of silence, while the female was trying to read the male's facial expression and that of the Lin elf, the two strange travellers both spoke almost simultaneously ...
"Nothing."
"We have no intention of disturbing this forest or its inhabitants, we're merely looking for something. Please let us pass."
... with that one difference that while the female had spoken one word quite firmly, the male had taken his time to speak his words carefully, obviously not trusting the person asking them questions.

[Romengale]

"Maybe so, maybe not." -Yuty waved his hand through the air a few times as the other two Lin came out from the tree's behind the two.-
"For all I know, you could be Nowel spies, but then again you could not be." -Yuty thought for a second on this matter.
"Are you two hungry?" -Yuty questioned.-

[Yatalu]

It remained silent for several seconds. The female looked at male for a little while, and he seemed to be looking back ... or something. Their facial expression didn't change and the female's blue eyes remained fixed on the blindfold for that time.

Only after a minute, it was the male who turned his head in the direction of the Lin again. He opened his mouth as to speak, closed it again, and then opened it again to start: "Oh, you're Lin, I suppose...? What if I said we indeed were Nowel spies? Would our heads be sliced off? Is the food poisonous for Nowel? -Well we actually don't look Nowel do we?" he asked to the female- "I don't know ... is tresspassing without joining you three on your trip an option?"

The female would open her mouth as well when she heard the male mentioning there was three of them. -How did he know?- However, just like the male did the first time, she closed her mouth again and decided to remain silent. She resheathed her sword and moved her hand over to the bag at her side. "Think what you want. We have plenty of food of our own," she replied. "And I have no clue what you would call 'food', to be honest ..."

[Romengale]

'Well, we would call food what you call food. Perhaps meat and bread? However, the meal offering is not optional. How else are we going to get to know you? I believe if we eat together, me and my comrades my decided properly if you are a spy or not. You also dont have to worry about poison, as I would have shot you in the back of the head earlier if I was going to kill you." -Yuty stated this bluntly, though he kept a kind disposition about it. He wasn't one to jump to conclusion about such things as spies.-

"So once again I will ask, are you hungry?" -Yuty questioned this once more, with no intention of letting them by without "yes" as an answer.-

[Yatalu]

"I guess that makes a no as for the tresspassing question?" the male asked. He placed his shield on his back again, and said: "Well I guess we have no other choice but to accept your offer?"

The female shook her haid, but would remain quiet and was obviously not intending on leaving the male's side, as she would take his right hand in her left.

[Romengale]

-Reming and Tere arrived from the woods a few moments later with some old dead wood in hand and began to stack it in a pyramid shape. After it was set up, Yuty closed his eyes slowly positioning his hand to face the stack of wood. With a few moments of silence the wood slowly kindled to flame. By this time the other two had gotten out metal pot, along with setting up a spit over the wood. They dumped various chucks of what appeared to be dried meat and potatoes into the pot, as well as some unknown spices. Before they set the pot on the spit, they filled it with some water. The stew began to boil and give off a spicy, but sweet sent as Reming stirred it. After its completion, Yuty would poor the two a bowl and hand the women and the man both one. He to would get a bowl before speaking.-

“It’s not much, but it’s the best we have to offer.” –Yuty spoke as he took a spoon full of the soup into his mouth. “

“I suspect you have a reason to travel in such a dangerous place? The only reason I would deduct is that you’re a spy, but perhaps I’m wroung?” –Yuty would pause his eating while he waited for a reply. The other two both poured a bowl of the stew while Yuty spoke.-

[Yatalu]

The female would take a bread out of the bag she was carrying. "We'll share this then," she merely said, tossing it to the Lin that sat next to her. They both took the bowls that were offerred to them, the male would first smell before he tried it out.

This time, it was not the male that tended to be talkative, but the female. "We need to go look for a witch who would live hidden in the forest," she said. "However she's hidden, my brother will probably see her aura and we will be able to find her like that, even if her home isn't visible from normal places.

"Well the villagers said she's dead ... but what can they know? So we're just checking to be sure," the male said, his mouth full with the food.

"So no spying," the female said. "We don't know this people just like we don't know you." She was obviously still not trusting the elves.

[Romengale]

-Yuty sat down the empty bowl as he spoke and divided the bread.- “Well then, I am Yuty a member of the Lin clan. These other two are Reming and Tere. Perhaps you wandering here was not such a bad thing. We may be able to help you, that is of course if help is received in return.” –Yuty and the other two gathered the spit and bowl up, and buried and scattered the fire.-

“Think it over.” –He said this as him and the others took a few steps back into the shadows which seemed to make them vanish in the cold, silent woods.-

[Yatalu]

The two would look at each other.... or rather, the female looked at the male, who also had turned his head towards her.

"Very strange," the female mentioned.

The male gave a nod. "Indeed is. I wonder what kind of people they are ..."

The female stood up and helped the male a bit. "Don't wonder. We have to move on. You were sensing magical auras very nearby, weren't you?"

The male nodded again. He pulled his coat in the normal way again, as it had moved while he was sitting, and then stretched his hand out at the female.

She took it. "What direction should we go now?"

The male pointed. "That way." His finger pointed to go deeper at the inside of the forest, off the small path-ish terrain they had been walking on.
